During the Covid-19 pandemic, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays. In addition, due to safety precautions, many carriers will not bring your cabinet delivery into your home. Your delivery time may be extended during this time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

At HomeMark Cabinets we offer delivery within the lower 48 United States. We may use our own truck and drivers or contract dedicated, regional carriers that specialize in shipping cabinets and furniture. Carriers will vary based on your location and requirements. Our logistics support staff will notify you when your cabinets have shipped.

Important Reminders About Receiving Your Cabinet Order

You have 30 days to report concealed damage. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@homemarkcabinets.com or call 888-350-9165. Please check the contents of your delivery upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged cabinets to the delivery driver. (Be sure to mark any damaged or missing cartons on the bill of lading.) HomeMark Cabinets is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery. Standard Order Lead Time and Delivery

4 to 6 weeks from the HomeMark Cabinets facility. Please allow one to two weeks delivery based on your shipping address.
 

Standard Commercial Delivery – FREE

  • Delivery is curbside to the front of the delivery address. Delivery area must accommodate up to a 53′ semi-truck and is on the same level as the truck tires.
  • Product may arrive on pallets. HomeMark Cabinets is not responsible for removal and disposal of pallets and packaging.

Restricted Area Delivery – Call for Quote

Restricted Area Delivery Access locations require a Special Delivery Quote from customer service. Please call (888) 350-9165 to receive a quote.

  • Narrow or steep roadway/driveway, or low-hanging branches or other conditions that cannot accommodate a 53′ semi-truck
  • Exterior stair carry required remote or rural area
  • Any other condition which may make delivery inaccessible or unsafe for delivery truck and crew

Shipping Details

  • Delivery schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (not including holidays.) Keep in mind that not all areas are serviced every day; some areas may be serviced only a few days per week, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on location.
  • A person of 18 years of at least age must be present to receive order.
  • Delivery carrier will call to confirm delivery date and schedule the delivery within an eight-hour or less time window.
  • Deliveries include one attempt by the shipping company to deliver the product to the address supplied at checkout. Shipping notifications will be sent via email or text. If for any reason the customer is unavailable to accept the order and the product is undeliverable under any circumstances, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and storage fees.
  • Shipping information will be collected such as, but not limited to, apartment, parking access, non-paved roads, steep driveways, road weight restrictions, and ferry access.
  • Prepare in advance by having an empty, clean and dry space to move your cabinets from curbside delivery for inspection and viewing of individual cartons.
  • Communicate any special delivery circumstances to your designer prior to placing your order.
  • Delivery to your address may be limited by location or other circumstances. We reserve the right to change delivery methods and/or carriers.
  • If a scheduled delivery does not occur because of circumstances beyond the control of the delivery carrier, an additional charge will be applied to the order for re-delivery. (Example: customer not home, unable to deliver due to pertinent information not provided, etc.)
  • If a scheduled delivery cannot take place due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the delivery carrier will call to reschedule. (Neither HomeMark Cabinets nor delivery carrier is responsible for lost time or wages.)
  • Estimated shipping dates are based on Standard Orders.
  • HomeMark Cabinets will ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories or outside of the US.
  • Warranty is null and void if product is installed outside of the lower 48 United States.

Replacement Orders

There is no charge for a replacement part if it is an exact item match for the defective or damaged part and meets any one of the following criteria:

  • Original was damaged during shipping
  • Falls under the HomeMark Cabinets warranty

Replacement orders will be shipped using the same delivery method as the original order.
